Andrew W. Raver
RAVER Andrew W. Raver, 65, of Hilliard, died Tuesday, March 29, 2005. He retired from Columbus Southern Electric Company (AEP) as a service coordinator/insurance adjuster. Andy served in the Ohio Defense Corps. He is a longtime member of the Hilliard Presbyterian Church and served as deacon and elder. Andy is a member of the Avery Lodge F&AM #493, and was active in the Hilliard Senior Center Happiness Club and Choir. His parents, Virgil and Lucy Raver, precede him in death. Andy is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Millie; daughters, Elizabeth (Jim) Wagner, Melinda (Joel) Flora, Cora (Philip) Grimes; grandchildren, Karl Wagner, Eric Wagner, Rachel (Jason) Dilley, Sarah (Samuel) Kenoyer, Rebekah Flora, Samuel Flora, Neva Grimes, Andrene Grimes, William Grimes and Timothy Grimes; sisters, Gwendolyn (Kenneth) Taylor and Janet Raver. Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday with Masonic Service at 8 p.m. at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, Oh. Funeral service will be held at the Hilliard Presbyterian Church, Saturday morning at 10 a.m. with Rev. James Browne officiating and burial will be at the Imhoff Cemetery in Ashland County, Rt. 603, Saturday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the M.S. Society or to the Hilliard Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
