There is a vacant place -- There is a vacant chair;
A voice that's hushed and still.
God the Father of us all,
He has only done His will.
He will call for you and He will call for me
To that home of eternal rest.
God knows our hearts, God knows our minds,
He knows what is always best. God loved him too, He deemed it best
To take him home to eternal rest.
