EDGAR E. WELCH
Edgar E. Welch, 62, of Salt Lake City, Utah, died Oct. 16 at his home of a heart attack. He was born May 15, 1919 in Union County to James and Ilo Welch and was married Aug. 24, 1945 to Imogene McClaran.
He was a veteran of World War II when he served in the 82nd Airbourne Division.
Survivors are his wife and sons, Michael Earl Welch, Denver, Col.; Anthony Alan Welch, Marysville; and a daughter Mrs. Gary (Robyn) Penix, Salt Lake City; five granddaughters, and four brothers, Lester, Chester, and Robert, Marysville; and George, Sandusky.
Funeral services were held Monday in Salt Lake City with arrangements by McDougal Funeral Home.
